I'm Carlos Lopez-Calleja, a Los Angeles–based unit still photographer working in television and film production.
Before focusing on still photography, I spent many years as an assistant cameraman on features, television series, and commercials. That experience taught me how to work within the rhythm of a set—anticipating moments, staying unobtrusive, and capturing images without interrupting the production.
My work focuses on capturing performances, character moments, and the environments that define a story’s world, creating images for publicity and marketing.
